My albums are handmade and individual pieces of art. They can be used as journals, or as mini photo albums. All are hand bound using a variety of methods. Often, I will use a matching paper collection, such as “Couture” by Graphic 45. If I fall in love with a particular collection, I will buy as much as I can store in my small studio and keep making books of various sizes, shapes and complexity until I run out of paper! Then, it’s on to the next collection.
I sometimes use my art in my books, either as cover art or as journaling tags or page inserts. Because of this, some of my books may look the same, but are, in fact, one of a kind.

This album (sold) was inspired by a photograph from my grandmother’s collection. The cover is mixed media with a hand-tinted vintage photo. The man in the photo was a neighbor and I have early memories of him in his later years. I love this photo of him on the telephone. It must have been the cool thing to do back then!
